Spa Receptionist

What you will be doing:
– Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
– Ensure individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to their needs and expectation
– Actively participate in other areas of the Spa Operation, such as body treatments, product knowledge and retail sales
– Deal with Spa guest and member queries
– Manager booking system by booking and cancelling appointments
– Provide advice on the facilities to guests and potential members
– Issue robes, lockers and towels

– Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance ag guest\’s stay through up-selling
