Our newest opportunity is for a talented Architect to join our award-winning team based in Red Sea, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include:

– Develop and maintain professional and meaningful relationships with the client to ensure program and project requirements are being satisfied.
– Ensure the delivery of the contracted Design and Construction Management services to the client.
– Reviewing submitted shop drawings and material submittals against the drawings & specifications, local codes and statutory requirements and international best practice
– Ensuring compliance with all KEO internal processes and procedures.
– Effective verbal and written communication proficiency.
– Time management and task prioritization skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
