Junior Sous Chef
Junior Sous Chef. Are you ready for a sizzling career move? You will play a pivotal role in the kitchen working alongside a fantastic team. The food you prepare, cook and serve makes our guests smile and wanting more.
As a Junior sous chef your will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including planning menus, purchasing ingredients, and overseeing the work of line cooks. This role must possess the ability to pay attention to details.

What you will be doing:
– Running the kitchen in the absence of the sous chef and the head chef.
– Oversees and supervises kitchen staff.
– Health and safety, and food hygiene responsibilities.
– Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies
– Solves problems that arise and seizes control of issues in the kitchen.
