Sales Coordinator
As a Sales Coordinator you will work in close collaboration with Sales and Reservations teams, you will manage the admin and general aspects of Sales team.This is a great chance to join a diverse team of pro-active, curious and creative professionals who master the fine art of welcoming, connecting and serving others.

What you will be doing:
– Assisting in establishing a database for groups and social media events
– Generates leads through database to support the F&B Operations
– Maintain clear and easy to find reference/ filing system
– Ensure all correspondences are standardized and high quality remained
– Provide administrative support for the DOSM, Sales Managers
– Carries out special project as assigned
– Ensure adequate stocks of office supplies and initiates requisitions for approval.
– Periodically update mailing address for existing corporate accounts and other database
– Monitoring system for attendance, annual leave, public holidays and sales calls.
– Ensure smooth inter-departmental communication channel to get messages/ information clearly received or disseminated.
– Works side by side with Sales Managers, Reservations, Revenue and Front Office to make sure that group bookings and requests are met.
– Actively interacts with personnel from other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
– Takes full responsibility on updates of sales managers company details as provided.
– To provide weekly, monthly and annual reports if required.
– Assist in preparation of Corporate Agreements and group contracts.
– Assist in update and uploading production and contracts in ASA.
– Attend daily line-ups and communicate daily challenges with the rest of the team.
– Ensures that sales personnel are updated with client enquiries and requests.
– Handles confidential documents, including accurate personnel file status of the department's employees, with strictest confidence.
– Assist on travel preparations and scheduling for DOSM & Sales Managers
– Prepares the Group Materialization/Cancellation Report on a monthly basis.
