Are you based in the GCC looking for a new challenge working on a high technology project sat opposite a Tier 1 Main Contractor? This role will need someone sharp , streetwise and strong in communication & stakeholder skills .

Global Cost Consultancy hiring on a High Tech Build Project worth 350 Million AED. This roles offers stability & longevity working for a Western Business and Western Team.

You will be joining an international Cost & Project Management business with a global coverage. They have had a strong foothold in the GCC market for over 10 Years but most importantly they have been handling International Technology & IT Clients globally for over 20 Years.

As we all know this sector is seen as recession proof and has countless options in the UAE over the next 10 YEARS.

So this client was due to have someone transfer internally from the British arm of the business but due to complications this is not possible so there is an IMMEDIATE need to hire the right person.

You will be sat opposite an Irishman, Scotsman, Englishman and leading a team of Sri Lankan & Indian surveyors .

Do you have experience of contractual correspondence, EOT’s , sub contract & client management, monthly progress reports, cost evaluations and general surveying?
