We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled B2B SAAS Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and adoption of our industrial utilities digital platform. Your expertise in both technical and sales aspects will enable you to engage with potential customers, understand their unique challenges, and present tailored solutions that highlight the value and capabilities of our SaaS platform.

Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our industrial utilities digital platform, its functionalities, and how it addresses the specific needs of utility companies. Stay updated on product developments, enhancements, and industry trends.
  2. Sales: Identify and qualify potential clients. Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics to penetrate the market effectively.
  3. Client Engagement: Engage with prospective customers during the sales process, understand their requirements, and conduct product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the platform’s features, benefits, and value proposition.
  4. Customized Solutions: Analyze clients’ business processes and workflows to recommend customized solutions that align with their unique needs and objectives.
  5. Proof of Concept (POC): Collaborate with the product and development teams to design and execute successful POCs for potential clients, showcasing the platform’s capabilities in real-world scenarios.
  6. Sales Collateral: Develop and maintain technical sales collateral, including product documentation, case studies, and marketing guides.
  7. Market Insights: Gather feedback from clients and prospects to provide valuable insights to the product development and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
  8. Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings, highlighting our platform’s differentiators and strengths.
  9. Trade Shows and Events: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential customers and promote our digital platform.
