Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Track income and expenses, including rent, utilities, maintenance, and taxes.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank accounts.
- Enter financial data into accounting software.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
