Job Description

A Food & Beverage Coordinator provides the F&B team with administrative support, taking messages, maintaining appointment calendar, internal customer service. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • To  support a professional and profitable  F&B  department by  being responsible for all  the day-to-day Admin operations  of the Food and Beverage office.
  • Assist  the Food & Beverage Manager and Executive Chef in analyzing data, writing reports and developing strategic plans for the Food and Beverage Department.
  • To be responsible for all  purchase ordering, accounting and billing procedures.
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of  administrative information within the Food and beverage department to facilitate other business operations.
  • To work closely with the Managers of the restaurants  to support all requested purchases and requirements to improve the business performance.
  • Promote positive inter-departmental relations through candid communication and cooperation.
  • Above all, to lead by example through a “hands on” approach to motivate our team members to excel.
  • Handle all correspondence in Food & Beverage office
  • Participates in any scheduled training and development program that may improve personal or departmental standards 

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant or culinary experience
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
  • Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
