- Develop an understanding of customers’ needs in order to increase sales.
- Learn how to create sales opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills, communication skills, negotiation skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers.
- Process orders and record call information accurately.
Requirements
- High school diploma is required, bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration or any related field.
- 0-1 years of work experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in both English & Arabic languages.
