We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Quality Engineer to join our team and help elevate our tech products to new heights. As our latest addition to the team, you will collaborate closely with our engineering, marketing, and UI/UX teams to enhance the overall quality of our products. You will be responsible for leading testing activities, generating ideas for new features, fixing bugs, and overseeing the relaunches of our mobile app, website, and AI/Data APIs that have the potential to significantly transform the fashion-tech industry. If you possess natural leadership abilities and enjoy tackling complex challenges to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer experience, then we want you to join our team.

Skills, Qualifications & Responsibilities

To ensure the success of our endeavor, we are seeking a candidate who can demonstrate:

– 3-5 years of experience in various types of testing, including integration, functional, UAT, performance, scalability, and regression testing.

– Proficiency in API and data testing.

– Ability to build and execute test cases and scenarios and prepare defect/bug reports.

– Analytical skills to evaluate user stories and use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility.

– Experience in developing automation scripts and applying quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle.

– Familiarity with conducting user research and gathering customer feedback to inform product development.

– Working knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Flurry, Mixpanel, etc.

– Capability to manage the product development process by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (including developers, designers, marketers, and data analysts) to develop, test, and launch products that align with customer needs and business goals.

– Ability to monitor key product metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the product and drive growth.

– Aptitude to prioritize features and enhancements and make trade-offs based on product vision, customer needs, and business goals.

Job Conditions

– Full-time job

– 4 days working from our Maadi office and one day from home

– Flexible working hours: You’re welcome to arrive at the office anytime between 9:00 am and 12:00 PM
