Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Job Description

1- Equipment Maintenance and Repairs: Perform maintenance and repairs on earthmoving equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, and related machinery.

2- Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in EME equipment, using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify problems and implement effective repair solutions.

3- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct scheduled maintenance tasks, such as inspections, lubrication, fluid changes, and filter replacements, to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.

4- Testing and Adjustments: Test and adjust EME equipment for proper functioning, performance, and safety, making necessary adjustments to settings or components.

5- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment, utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safety procedures during maintenance and repairs.
