Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for franchisees and the company.
- Ensure the continued success of your current franchise partners, cultivate and preserve a positive connection with them.
- Develop and implement business plans in partnership with franchisees to promote growth and profitability.
- Franchisees should receive direction and help with regard to operating procedures, marketing campaigns, and brand adherence.
- Franchise performance is tracked and analysed, and action plans are put into place to address issues and pinpoint opportunities for improvement.
- Encourage participation and knowledge exchange, have monthly franchise meetings, training sessions, and seminars.
- Aid in the creation of strategies for franchisee recruitment to grow the network.
- Ensure effective communication between the management staff of the business and the franchisees.
- Ensure compliance with franchise agreements, standards, and guidelines.
Skills
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related discipline is required (an MBA is desirable).
- Experience in account management, franchise management, or a comparable profession that can be proven.
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Powerful analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated capacity for establishing and preserving effective bonds with a variety of stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a focus on outcomes.
- Availability to visit different franchise sites as required.
- Familiarity with essential rules and regulations, as well as the franchising industry.
