Sales Executive – Rooms, F&B, Events, Corporate

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Salary: Market related

We are looking for a passionate achiever in generating long term relations with prospective clients across the entire organization

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships using a blend of conventional and hi-tech connectivity.
  • Manage and explore current and new accounts in the prescribed area allotted by the manager.
  • Ensure achievement of all sales targets and analyses all company objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects.
  • Take charge of promotional and sales activities by brainstorming new product or service launches with

appropriate team members.

  • Leveraging different promotional modes like traditional marketing, social media, email marketing, etc., to

advertise the company’s products.

Skills

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in generating outstanding growth sales within a Hotel in the UAE
  • Knowledge of modern techniques and their implementation to boost sales activities.
  • Proficient in creating sales records, client interactions, and developing precise reports.
  • Ability to implement the ‘customer first’ approach by providing a personalized and convenient sales pitch.
  • Ability to prioritize targets as per the requirements set forth by the company.
  • Portraying superb soft skills during customer interaction and seminars as per requirement.
  • Ability to find the right balance between client requirements and company terms, thereby improving profit

margins and maintaining fruitful customer relationships.
