Skills
We will definitely match if you have:
- Successful experience in real estate sales from 1 year
- Positive thinking and a high level of empathy
- Strong communication skills and the ability to get along with anyone
- Readiness for constant learning and development
- Proficiency in written and spoken English at least Intermediate
- You already live in Dubai, or are ready to move
Will be a plus:
- Experience with CRM (Google Data Studio/Tableau/Pipedrive, Hubspot).
What we expect from you:
- Professional negotiation: coordination of positions, bringing negotiations to a result, search for compromise solutions
- Search, selection of real estate on request
- In-depth knowledge in sales (the ability to identify a need, present yourself and the project, answer customer questions, sign a contract)
- Registration of transactions
- Work on the development of a personal brand
- Accompanying the client at all stages of the transaction
