IT Recruiter – Freelance / Part-Time (Mexico)

To enlarge our experienced and dynamic team, we are looking for a Recruiter in Mexico, focusing mainly on IT profiles. The position is expected to start as a project-based position and to become a part-time or full-time position depending on the future project volume. Key Responsibilities

Full-cycle recruiting, including screening, sourcing, and interviewing Being in contact with our international clients Creating job ads and publishing it on relevant platforms Working with our Applicant Tracking System and screening incoming applications Actively searching for candidates, using LinkedIn Recruiter Conducting interviews with candidates Conducting joined interviews with client and candidates Creating custom reports

General Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree would be a plus Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience including relevant experience in interviewing and assessing IT professionals Good knowledge of the IT labor market and the local culture in Mexico Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English Sourcing experience using social media and databases Quite familiar with competency models and behavioral-based interviews Strong communication skills with ability to negotiate at all levels Self-motivated, pro-active and committed personality with an entrepreneurial & hands-on attitude Ability to work independently and on multiple tasks within a demanding environment Excellent analytical and follow-up skills, strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy The ability to work well as part of a team Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain flexible Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
