<span><span>The Yacht Club Sr. Manager oversees the front-of-house operations and ensures the smooth functioning of all club facilities and services.</span></span><h1><span><span><span>Responsibilities:</span></span></span></h1><ul><li><span><span><span><span>Manage the day-to-day operations of the Yacht Club, including the reception, concierge, and guest services.</span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span>Ensure efficient and personalized check-in and check-out procedures for members and guests</span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span>Oversee all aspects of the membership process, including new member acquisition, renewals, and member relations.</span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span>Develop and implement strategies to enhance member satisfaction and engagement.</span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span>Supervise the maintenance, cleanliness, and presentation of club facilities, including the spa, gym, and common areas.</span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span>Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of professionals, including front-of-house staff, spa personnel, gym trainers, and housekeeping staff.</span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span>Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).</span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Extensive experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury hotel or yacht club industry.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span><span>8 – 10 years Exp.
