Job Description
Tasks include but not limited to:
- Continuously scanning the market to support decision making in terms of pricing and positioning
- Monitor competitors’ marketing communication tactics to provide analysis and recommendations
- Develop & execute the SEO strategy for the business
- Manage social media channels as needed & develop copy and designs as required
- Contact leads generated from online marketing activities
- Handle communication with these leads starting from the day they submit their contact information through the website’s form, close deals whenever applicable and stay in touch with them until they receive their apartments

- Smart & dedicated
- Proven experience as a marketing executive or at least demonstrate potential
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)
- Excellent communication and people skills
