- The field is focused on medical supplies and commodity items sales such as (Latex Gloves,
- Nitrile Gloves, vinyl gloves, face masks, face shields, mercury thermometers, Digital
- thermometers, Infrared thermometers, mercury & digital Sphygmomanometers, tongue
- depressor, pulse oximeter, stethoscopes, and industrial safety gloves).
- Should be able to deal with uneducated people and class B and C clients.
- The operational role includes monitoring the sales deals and his team’s presence in the field and keeping them engaged, motivated and focused.
- The managerial role includes his responsibility for territory target achievement and growth in all sectors.
- Assuring that the documentary process is running by making sheets for his subordinates to track work.
