We are looking for a data-driven senior specialist to support our global high-growth B2B organization with sales and support teams in North America, Australia, Europe and Northern Africa. You will work directly with all our customer-facing teams, providing timely analytics and business insights to drive successful performance against established KPIs. You will be a trusted consultant that drives operational rigor and supports strategic projects cross-functionally. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales operations, in-depth knowledge of Excel and salesforce.com, and, experience in leveraging data to derive insights, while being able to effectively communicate cross functionally across a variety of departments such as sales, marketing and product development. This is an individual contributor role.

What You Will Do:

Seamlessly provide commission reporting and data for commissioned employees in collaboration with sales leadership, local payroll and HR teams across sales locations Conduct ad-hoc analyses of our pipeline health, customer portfolio value, team productivity and other topics, and present insights and recommendations to VCS leadership Support iterations on sales and service organization and processes (e.g. incentive plans, team structure) to drive performance across teams Support the definition of annual, semi-annual and monthly bottom-up revenue forecasts, sales objectives and rep-level targets Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to improve visibility into performance and provide actionable insights to our customer-facing teams globally Build and maintain key documentation regarding our policies, sales processes, and requirements Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy and availability to provide leadership and their teams with quicker access to data

3 years or more of work experience in sales operations or analytics Expertise in using Excel, salesforce.com. Mastery of Looker is a plus Passion for problem-solving and generating innovative solutions with a positive โ€œget it doneโ€ demeanor Ability to translate complex data into simple accurate decision-driving insights Outstanding collaboration, partnership and presentation skills
