Main Responsibilities:
●Make sure all of the platforms that students are using are working correctly and efficiently.
●Help students find their best learning methodology alternative and enroll them in it.
●Meet, train, and support the team of coaches to ensure students’ best experience and high level of satisfaction with the course.
●Attend live classes to serve as a support and mediator of the teaching and learning methodology.
●Serve as a point of reference for coaches who have doubts or questions about the course or the content and need to provide students with answers.
●Report back to the team leaders on current student status.
●Follow up on students’ attendance and survey results. Make proposals to improve the delivery of our product.
●Prevent student dropouts by properly monitoring learning trajectories and intervening proactively in situations that endanger the continuity of students.
●Manage communication with students (email, Slack, messages, etc).
