Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor the shipping process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products

optimizing efficiency, reduce clearance costs, and freight rates.

  • Stay updated on local laws, regulations, and best practices related to shipping and logistics, and make

recommendations for process improvements.

  • Oversee the shipments and costs and ensuring that timeliness and productivity are maintained.
  • Develop all commercial invoices and packing lists associated with the initial bill.
  • Ensure all shipment and inventory-related issues are addressed and resolved at the earliest.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of all legal regulations and customs regulations.
  • Must have excellent organizational and management skills.
