We’re looking to hire an experienced female sales executive.

Proven selling experience with beauty salon B2B/B2C is mandatory,

Qualified candidate will eventually present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers from Beauty Salon.

Qualifed Candidates will be going on a period of 3 months probation to evaluate their performance.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell Beauty Care Products and Tools, for Salon Professional and End-Users to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and in house meeting.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Giving products knowledge and proper training for all the clients.

Skills

Qualifications

• Outdoor B2B hair care, cosmetics and beauty sales: at least 2 years in a well-established organisation
• High School Degree or related professional training courses (preferable in Cosmetics&Beauty).
• Fluent in English and Arabic (MANDATORY)
• Minimum 2 years working experience in Qatar (MANDATORY)
• Client Database is an advantage
• Valid QID, Only local hire are accepted with valid NOC
• Holding a Qatari Driving License (MANDATORY)
• Proven work experience in the field (SELLING TO SALONS)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Experience

• Sales B2B/B2C (Salon and Hair Products): Minimum 2 years (Required)
