Objective:

Responsible for overseeing the delivery of excellent customer service, developing and implementing customer service strategies, policies and procedures.

What you’ll do!

·Developing and implementing customer service strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

·Providing guidance to the customer service team, ensuring that they are engaged, and providing excellent service to customers.

·Monitoring customer service metrics, such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction, and make recommendations for improvements.

·Managing customer relationships, including handling escalated customer issues and building relationships with key customers.

·Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to improve customer service operations.

·Collaborating with other departments, such as product development and marketing, to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development and marketing strategies.

What should you have?.

·  + 3 years of experience.

·Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.

·Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and managing customer relationships

·Experience with CRM systems

·Adapt to new software and technologies.
