Objective:

·Responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies, and onboarding unlisted private equity to list in our exchange platform.

What you’ll do?

·Identifying new market opportunities, developing sales plans, and leading the execution of the plans to achieve sales targets.
·Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales success.
·Monitoring market trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
·Developing and maintaining sales collateral, including sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
·Managing the sales pipeline and tracking progress against sales targets.
·Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets.
·Creating and maintaining accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform decision-making and measure performance.
·Setting sales targets and goals for your team and tracking their progress toward achieving them.
What you should have!

·
+5 years of experience

·
Bachelor’s Computer science/ business administration or any related field
·
Familiarity with sales methodologies, such as Solution Selling or Challenger Sales ·
develop and execute effective sales strategies ·
  Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools ·
  Agile mindset
