Objective:
Responsible for the design, development, implementation, and operation of the firm’s middle and back office transaction processing systems.
What you’ll do!
·Conducting business analysis of accounting, clearance, and settlement processes, procedures, and policies.
·Collaborates with product, finance, and operations groups across the firm to ensure efficient and accurate processing of all of the firm’s digital asset transactions.
·Work closely with key stakeholders to define and develop detailed product and business requirements.
·Perform User Acceptance Testing and ensure requirements are understood and implemented as requested.
·Liaising between the organization and clients, for quality assurance purposes.
·Overseeing the operations of the organization and making any necessary changes to meet business goals and projections.
·Create and put into action business strategies, plans, and procedures.
·Analyze and interpret data and metrics to assess performance.
·Ensure compliance with local and international laws.
·Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts.
·Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.
What should you have?.
· +7 years of experience in brokerage operations and accounting and the transaction lifecycle from order execution through clearance and settlement to final custody.
·Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or business administration or any related field.
·Master’s degree or certification in business administration is a plus
·Knowledge Developing product documentation including specifications, wireframes, site maps, and process flows
·Knowledge of quality management systems
·Experience with financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis
·Experience in building a data-driven organization
·Significant knowledge and experience with transactional accounting and trade execution systems, including order management and electronic trading systems.
