Objective :

• Responsible for overseeing the company’s compliance program includes developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, conducting compliance audits, and investigating compliance violations.
  

What you’ll do?

· Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures that ensure the organization is complying with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.·Monitoring the organization’s compliance activities to ensure that policies and procedures are being followed and that any potential violations are identified and addressed in a timely manner.·Conducting an investigation to determine the facts and recommend appropriate actions to the management.·Reporting any findings to the management and regulatory authorities as necessary, and work with other departments, such as legal, risk management, and internal audit, to ensure that theorganization is effectively managing its compliance risks.·Developing and delivering compliance training to employees at all levels of the organization, to ensure that they are familiar with the policies and procedures in place.·Staying up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization’s compliance requirements.·Ensuring that the organization’s compliance program is effective and efficient.

What you should have!

·Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or any related field.·Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) is plus .·+ 5 years of experience .·Knowledge of laws and regulations .·Risk management .·Experience in Compliance monitoring and testing .·Investigation skills .·Knowledge of data privacy and cybersecurity .·Experience with compliance software .·Adapt to new regulatory requirements and technologies .
