About the job HR Coordinator
NOK Human Capital is hiring HR Coordinator to one of the multinational IT consulting services.
1. Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
2. Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
3. Contacting references and performing background checks on applicants
4. Conducting or helping with new employee orientation
5. Maintains Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) records, ensuring data accuracy through self-audits and reports
6. Coordinate employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees experience
7. Reinforce the company policies, rules, and procedures to ensure employees safety
8. Conduct and analyze exit interviews and make actionable recommendations based on data
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in human resources or related subjects
2-3 years of experience as an HR coordinator (essential).
Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
Effective HR administration and people management skills.
Exposure to payroll practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
