About the job L&D Specialists

NOK Human Capital is hiring L&D Specialists to one of the multinational IT consulting services.

1. Coordinate training sessions and seminars.

2. Prepares and conducts new employee orientations

3. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to performance reviews

4. Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials.

5. Measuring the impact of interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. 2-3 years experience as an organizational development specialist in a related industry.

2. Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity building strategies.

3. Advanced proficiency in office and business administration software.

4. Master’s degree in organizational psychology, organizational development, or business administration preferred.
