Job Description

Purpose of the position

  • Establish and Implements marketing strategies to establish our brands in the market by introducing new brands, products and promotions through careful research and data gathering and to maintain leadership position and expanding market share.
  • Organizing and running marketing campaigns over social media platforms (such as: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat).

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Food marketer who can thoroughly research consumer desires and consumption patterns. After studying the consumer, food marketers work with the Operations team to determine the necessary development of new foods or modifications to existing food products, along with adequate price and promotion details. Growing seasons and potential difficulties in the operation process must also be considered.
  • Work closely with the brand owners & Marketing Director to establish goals, strategic plans and budgets to achieve growth of revenue and operating profit.
  • Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets for each brand and oversee the development and management of internal marketing budgets.
  • Participate in the development of new product proposals.
  • Establish and implement short and long-range goals.
  • Manage the planning and development of local Food marketing and communications materials.
  • Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs.
  • Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop five-year business plans for the company.
  • Establish and implement short and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
  • Work closely with the brand owners and General Managers to help identify acquisitions and participate in due diligence as requested.Purpose of the position

Skills

Job Requirements:

  • 10 Years’ Experience in Food and Beverage or Food Services is a must.
  • Fluency in English (Spoken & Written).
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or similar degree.Β 
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to make prompt decisions using sound knowledge in the field of sales and marketing.
