Job Description
We are a reputable FMCG company located in Bchamoun Area, seeking to recruit a Cash Van Sales Supervisor to supervise and manage the team of cash van sales executives & ensure budgeted numbers are exceeded for Sales Value, gross profit & market coverage (productivity) through effective coaching and control.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ensure sales reps follow route plan so as to maximize sales & productivity.
· Ensure all targets and objectives assigned by the Sales Manager & National Sales Supervisor including volume & value sales targets, and distribution objectives are achieved to ensure optimal business efficiency.
· Manage cash van sales team force & monitor their performance providing guidance, assistance and motivation to increase effectiveness.
· Ensure the team continuously communicates all stock issues, pricing fluctuations, & competitor activities.
· Ensure the team is properly equipped, coached and motivated to ensure objectives are achieved.
· Conduct regular market visits with all sales personnel to assist them in managing customer issues, improving performance and providing guidance and training.
· Regularly visits and/or follow up on customers to check that sales team are selling with the approved sales prices and invoices.
· Ensure correct stocking patterns in the cash vans
· Ensure sales targets are achieved within geographical areas.
· Review and evaluate sales staff performance
· Handle employee issues and problem
· Conduct weekly sales meetings
· Ensures van sales reps keep their van clean at all times
Skills
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, or any other related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing Field Sales reps in the FMCG market.
• Very good selling, communication and negotiation skill
• Very good supervisory skills
• Analytical skills & problem analysis: effective in identifying problems, seeking relevant data & identifying plausible causes of problems.
