Job Description

  • E-commerce Strategy: Develop and execute an effective e-commerce strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives, focusing on Amazon.com, Noon.com, and our own e-commerce platform.
  • Marketplace Management: Manage product listings, optimize content, and drive visibility, traffic, and sales on Amazon.com and Noon.com through effective marketing and advertising strategies.
  • E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee the management of our own e-commerce platform, including website maintenance, product catalog management, inventory control, order processing, and fulfillment.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools and data to monitor performance, analyze trends, identify opportunities, and implement data-driven strategies to enhance sales and conversion rates.
  • Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and affiliate marketing, to drive traffic and increase online sales.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional online customer experience by monitoring product reviews, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and optimizing the user interface and user experience of our e-commerce platforms.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, supply chain, and customer service, to align e-commerce activities with broader business objectives.
