Job Description
Review Dynatrace implementation scopes to ensure they are feasible, including realistic timelines and budgets. Review technical documentation to make sure that it is accurate and complete. Develop observability and automation proposals that address clients’ needs and concerns effectively. Working closely with other services team members to coordinate efforts and identify Dynatrace platform opportunities for growth in the market. Engage with customers and prospects to understand their automation and observability needs and objectives. Work with the sales team to develop and execute account plans to drive Dynatrace solution and services growth. Develop and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and lead proof of concepts that articulate the value proposition of our products and services. Respond to RFPs/RFIs and lead technical discovery sessions. Serve as a trusted automation and observability advisor to customers and prospects. Understand customer environments and how the Dynatrace platform can be best utilized to solve their business challenges. Keep abreast of observability industry trends, competitive threats, observability, and automation capabilities. Collaborate with the technical services team to provide feedback on market requirements, automation, and observability direction. Help shape the go-to-market strategy for Dynatrace solutions and features. Train and enable the new team members on Dynatrace solutions and features. Consult with customers to understand and then meet their business and technical goals. Develop and support integrations with 3rd party tools and devices to extend the footprint of the Dynatrace platform. Work with customers to provide information on how best to incorporate the Dynatrace platform into non-out-of-the-box supported environments. Participate in project scoping and deployment design and lead the implementation. Partner with the sales team as needed in presales technical sessions.

Technical Skills
• 10+ years of consulting experience, preferably with ITSM & monitoring tools.
• Strong architectural understanding of either the JEE or .NET platform and how it works, and a self-directed willingness to learn about other platforms & “new stack” technologies
• Clear understanding of highly distributed applications & how they interconnect & communicate, from the browser or mobile app, through the cloud, CDNs, & third parties, into the data center, & through to the back end
• Ability to have meaningful discussions around technical concepts such as object-oriented fundamentals, web application infrastructure, memory management and GC, threading, frameworks, design patterns, exception handling, messaging, reflection, aspect-oriented programming, dependency injection
• Demonstrated experience with data visualization via charts & dashboards, including appropriate use of granular and aggregate data
• High technical comfort with Windows administration & with Linux/UNIX command line
• High technical comfort in creating & maintaining personal virtual machines (Windows and Linux guest OSes)
• Experience & understanding of Docker for Docker technologies
• Knowledge of networking, protocols, & architectures such as TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SSL, and BGP.
• Familiarity with database design, SQL, & data access practices.
• Profound knowledge in web technologies & ideally familiar with networking, protocols, & architectures
• Understanding of code- & container-level performance tuning, troubleshooting, and architecture best practices in multi-tier and SOA-based applications
• Familiar with one or more of the following technologies:
– Cloud/new stack technologies such as OpenStack, OpenShift, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, SAP, etc.

B.Sc. of Computer Engineering or Computer Science from a reputable faculty
