ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you passionate about shaping the future of financial technology products and driving innovation in the payment industry? We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Manager to join our fast-growing fintech team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building out our cutting-edge APM (Alternative Payment Methods) product while leveraging your expertise in the mobile carrier billing space. If you possess a strategic mindset, a knack for managing upward stakeholders, and a keen eye for the latest payment trends, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for our APM product that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Roadmap Ownership: Take charge of the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements to ensure timely and effective delivery, while closely collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, finance and marketing.
  • Market and Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest payment trends, emerging technologies, and industry developments in the fintech space. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and potential areas of improvement for the APM product.
  • User-Centric Approach: Understand customer needs, pain points, and feedback to drive continuous product improvement and provide a seamless user experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior management, executives, and other stakeholders to advocate for the product’s vision and secure support for key initiatives.
  • Agile Product Development: Work closely with development teams in an Agile environment, providing clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Product Performance and Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product and implement data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Product Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
