Develop clear training and development strategy aligned with the entity’s objectives and mission.Stay up to date with the latest trends, research, and best practices in learning and development, and apply them to drive innovation and continuous improvement.Design, implement, and manage a diverse range of training programs that cater to the needs of various departments and employees.Conduct thorough learning needs assessments to identify skill gaps and competency requirements within the workforce and tailor training initiatives accordingly.Provide guidance and resources to employees for individual career development and growth opportunities.

Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field.UAE National with Family Book8+ years of experience in a Learning & Development, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful learning and development strategies.Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
