The Car Warranty Service Manager is the main responsible for managing the car warranty program in the company. This person handles a variety of tasks that require dealing with customers, workshops, and maintenance centers. The role aims to ensure an excellent experience is provided to the company’s customers and ensure their needs are met during the warranty period.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Car Warranty Service Manager:

Auto Warranty Program Management: Takes full responsibility for the implementation of the Auto Warranty Program, dealing with all aspects of it including issues, claims and inquiries.

Establishing relationships with maintenance centers and workshops: Developing and maintaining strong and sustainable relationships with maintenance centers and workshops that the company will deal with. It aims to provide a wide network of reliable partners to ensure that customers’ needs are effectively met according to their guarantees.

Checking and handling problems: It analyzes problems and malfunctions that appear on cars during the warranty period. Cooperates with maintenance centers and workshops to validate the problems and ensure that they meet the warranty conditions and deserve compensation.

Providing support and advice: works closely with clients and partner centers to provide the necessary support and advice. Responds to inquiries and claims and provides appropriate instructions to customers and partners to achieve the highest level of satisfaction and quality.

Data Management and Reports: Collects and analyzes data related to problems, claims, and performance of the auto warranty program. Prepares and presents them regularly in reports and analyzes to the company’s management to make informed decisions and improve program performance.

Developing Policies and Procedures: Updates and develops policies and procedures related to the Auto Warranty Program. Ensures compliance with stringent standards and laws and keeps up with the latest developments in the automotive industry.
