Job Description

Organizational skills are a necessity for the nature of this role, as they will be the liaison between the Marketing department and all other internal/ external parties. This position will introduce the employee to the Marketing field, and provide them with a strong foundation. 

  • Source and identify new suppliers
  • Gather all the necessary information for employees’ business cards
  • Execute SMS marketing to all customers that have opted for it
  • Coordinate with other departments to collect data for the monthly newsletter
  • Place branded stationary orders for all departments
  • Accurately collect information for receipt and voucher books and request printing
  • Correspond with all internal branches as well as external suppliers
  • Assist the team when necessary
  • Perform other duties, as instructed, which would contribute to effective business operations 

Skills

Education: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing

Experience: 0-3 years of experience in the field
