What you will do

  •  Handling All types of Client Requests & complaints related to the community including walk-in clients.
  •  Create & Arrange Community Activations that increase client engagement and eventually increase brand loyalty
  • Work with Marketing Team on Seasonal Greetings and Giveaways to Community Residents.
  • Monitoring the updates on Community Breaches & Violations.
  • Handling and Creating a Pivot Sheet for Multiple Owners & Vip customers
  • Work on Sending out important announcements and notifications to all Residents in both Commercial & Residential Campuses
  • Create and Deliver Welcome Packages for new owners & new handed-over projects

What equips you for the role

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Excellent Knowledge of MS Office Applications
  • English & Arabic Fluency
