This role will require to manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Construction company.
• Good Knowledge about Building Surveying.
• Able to do Site Quantity Measurement practice and Drawing.
• Able to do the Calculation of Material use on site as per the actual work done quantity
• Certified Quantity Surveyor
•  Qatar driving license is an added benefit. 
• Strong team building ability
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
•  Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
•  Client-centric approach.
•  Ability to work with multicultural workforce
•  Time flexibility to ensure work schedule compliance
• Travel is accordance with company requirements
