MTG Real Estate L.L.C is looking for a Real Estate Sales Specialist for Dubai office.
We have been working in the Russian market for more than 6 years (St. Petersburg, Moscow), started working in the Dubai market since 2022.
What to do:
– Advise clients
– Select suitable offers for clients’ needs
– Conclude contracts
– Go to Developers’ showings
Requirements:
– Experience in real estate sales
– Knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai
– Conversational English is a must
Conditions:
– Working in an office in the Business Bay district of Dubai
– Probationary period up to 3 months
– SALARY: 40-60% of the developer’s commission
– Work visa after probation period
– Incoming leads
– Head of Sales Department support
– Sales Training
– Separate marketer for Dubai market
Skills
