As an integral part of our company, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from potential customers generated through our blast email campaigns. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional service, maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls from potential customers who have expressed interest in our products or services after receiving our blast email campaigns.
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, actively listening to their needs, addressing their questions, and providing accurate information about our products or services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs, sales information, and follow-up actions taken.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize email campaigns and improve lead generation strategies.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service and data.
Skills
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers over the phone.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls.
