Responsibilities:

– Establish and develop business relationships with customers and real estate developers to generate sales;

– Guide customers through the home buying process, offering assistance and advice to help them find the right property;

– Stay updated with the latest market trends, new developments, and property offerings;

– Utilize market intelligence to provide customers with accurate and relevant information;

– Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

– Understanding of CRM, property listings (Bayut, Dubizzle & Property finder)

Skills

Skills Requirements:

– Valid UAE driving license

– Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the Real Estate industry;

– Strong knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate Market;

– Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, customer service and presentation skills;

– Motivated individual with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
