Workshop Manager

Cairo / Production – Refurbishment / Full-Time / On-site We are looking for a self-driven workshop manager to join our fast-growing refurbishment team at Sylndr. You will be responsible to ensure that the refurbishment process operates efficiently as well as overseeing all aspects of the process to ensure that it is meeting or exceeding our standards.

What you’ll do!

+ Ensuring that the refurbishment process meets or exceeds industry standards
+ Managing the inventory of spare parts, tools, materials and equipment to ensure that all supplies are adequately stocked
+ Managing the refurbishment budget, tracking expenses and ensuring that the process is profitable
+ Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the sale of refurbished cars
+ Preparing reports on regular basis
+ Training and supervising the refurbishment team members

Who you are!

+ A strong understanding of automotive systems, engines, and components
+ Excellent communication skills to convey findings and recommendations clearly
+ Good understanding of the fundamentals of financial management including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis
+ Good eye for details
+ Experienced in Team management
