Job Description
EgyBell is hiring Operations Team Leader for an entertainment operator located in Cairo.
The Team Leader will assist the Supervisor in the daily floor operation and make sure that all members are providing excellent quality of service.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to guests by explaining Playground rules, motivating them to play by creating an enjoyable play experience in the facility where they get greeted enthusiastically and receive positive support by all team members. Document and send all guests complaints to the supervisor on daily basis, provide guests with feedback associated with any reports and ensure phone calls are answered professionally by team members. Manage different teams efficiently by providing coaching sessions and feedback regularly, following up on concerns and complaints, evaluating performance, and preparing the weekly schedule. Prepare and fill all the daily reports such as, end of day report, log book, transaction report, etc., and be in charge of closing and opening procedures checklist. Submit reports to the supervisor and direct manager and handle responsibilities, decisions and issues individually on behalf of the supervisor, if absent. Handle minor technical issues, gain an understanding of the operations of the business and the hazards and risks involved and ensure stores compliance, including effective systems for: First aid; PPE; hazardous systems; licensing; and others. Monitor merchandise inventory and assist in the re-order process and ensure that all merchandise is kept, stored and presented according to safety standards. Ensure that all equipment is in excellent condition and follow up on maintenance of the playground area. Identify and communicate any accounting related issues to line manager promptly and receive and validate payments (cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, etc.). Receive the daily cash out from Cashiers & prepares the report and share with the Supervisor and FM.
Requirements:
A Bachelor degree in BA or Technical degree in hospitality management or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience. Very good command of English. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Time management and problem-solving skills
