Job Duties:

Ensure own and Team overall sales targets are achieved Continually monitor sales performance against set KPIs and take corrective action with the team to ensure KPIs and sales growth are met Maintain own knowledge levels (to include product knowledge, market awareness, competitor activity and pricing) Conduct daily and weekly huddles. Monitor calls and provide coaching to staff that requires it. Manage the leads efficiently and make sure the leads are contacted and followed up. Suggest sales strategy or changes the process to improve overall process
