Egybell is hiring Telesales Agent in Maadi
Job Duties:
• Contact and close the leads given to you.
• Build rapport with the client.
• Keep up to date with the latest offers of competitors
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
• Process the orders according to our SOP.
• Engage with customers through Calls, WhatsApp, Emails, and social networks.
• Providing daily and monthly reports
• Manage and overcome rejections.
