Cyber Security Engineer

Job Description

Duration: 3 Months (Extendable)

Location: Qatar

1. Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading security measures for the protection of the organizations data, systems, and networks
2. Represents Security Platform in development and implementation of the overall global cloud architecture
3. The ability to balance the long-term “big picture” and short-term implications of individual decisions
4. Experience in multiple areas of IT Security Architecture, alongside delivery of complex multi-layered secure environments including on-premises, Cloud, and 3rd party IT deployments
5. Troubleshooting security and network problems
6. Responding to all system and/or network security breaches
7. Ensuring that the organization’s data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls

Skills

1. Must have minimum 7 years’ experience in large ICS/OT and ICT environment in Power/Oil and Gas sector.
2. Must have strong experience in Industrial Control System solutions and information security technologies.
3. Yokogawa Control system experience preferred.
4. Must be a BE/B-TECH – Electronics and Communication/ Instrumentation/ Electronics graduate.
