The Business Development Executive (BDE) is often the first point of contact a new potential client will have with a business when they are seeking information on the products and services the company provides. The BDE also responds to RFP’s and develops sales.
Key Accountabilities: (the main results the job holder is accountable for delivering)
Client Management and Operations:
- Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Plan and oversee new sales initiatives.
- Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Find and develop new clients and improve sales.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Develop quotes and proposals for the clients.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with the team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Meeting Planning and organization
- Work closely with other colleagues to organize assignments and coordinate workflow.
- Coordinate client meeting logistics including meeting locations, case study and meeting preparations.
- Manage calendar through Outlook & Excel data base, in alignment with priorities.
- Proactively resolve meeting conflicts diplomatically
- Research on companies in UAE and create database of Prospecting Clients
- Work closely with the Tele-calling team for Sales Meetings.
- Follow up with clients on timely basis.
- Send updates and DSR to the reporting Manager (Personal and TEAM DSR)
- Send company profile and proposal mails to the client.
- Coordinate with the team for appointments, personalized proposal and offer drafting.
- Maintain MIS for Sales and Business reports.
- Maintain PFA and Proposal Monitoring and Reporting
- Provide regular updates on the assigned debt collection cases and churn the data for upselling Legal/Retainer services.

Experience and Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- Fluent in English and Hindi (writing, speaking & listening); Any other language is a plus.
Driving License – Mandatory
Availability – Immediate
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
