Rewaa is a fast growing technology company based in Riyadh, we help business owners increase their sales and lower operational cost by using cloud based Inventory and sales management system. Rewaa is used by over 20k retailers across the MENA region and growing by 30% month over month.

We are currently seeking a full-time Creative Manager who will be responsible for leading a team of creative staff in conceptualizing designs according to project requirements and Company’s specifications. Creative leads must have excellent technical and critical-thinking skills for utilizing various software tools and applications to generate designs and adjust initial outlines as needed. They also assist the creative staff with the documentation and submission of layouts that meet quality standards and budget limitations


The key accountabilities for this role include:

  • Manage multiple digital and rich media advertising campaigns creative, teams & lifecycles including conception, production, QA and implementation.

  • Analyze brand tracking, market trends, consumer needs, and the competitor landscape

  • Prioritize work and resources across engagements, based on short- and long-term needs, and develop schedules by collaborating with designers and copywriters

  • Shaping brand standards and creating procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate.

  • Participate in brainstorming and assist with project scheduling, budgets and daily work flows.

  • Employ color, type, illustration, photography, animation, and various print and layout techniques when designing projects.

  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

  • +4 years proven graphic designing experience

  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics

  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)

  • Familiarity with Ads posters and Social media posts.

  • Outstanding leadership and organization skills

  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details

  • Creative mind and storytelling skills.

  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
