Field Maintenance Technician/Driver

Job Description

EWISEFIX Technical Services is now looking for a Maintenance Technician/Driver with experience in a Holiday Home or a technical services company.

Job Tasks:

• Making repairs at assigned locations.
• Being sharp of the time frame assigned limits.
• As needed, troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Responding to maintenance requests and dealing with urgent issues on schedule.
• Working with others in the team to diagnose and address complex technical issues.
• Maintaining records by documenting maintenance activities such as repairs, parts used, and equipment status.
• Assisting in the upkeep of spare parts and supply inventory.
• Making recommendations for and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and cut expenses.

Qualifications:

• A manual driving license is necessary in the UAE.
• familiarity with DUBAI highways and the location of Buildings
• Knowledge of facility management procedures and requirements.
• Experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar function is required.
• Excellent understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Communication and interpersonal abilities that are effective.
• Ability to operate alone as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED2,500.00 – AED4,500.00 per month

Skills

UAE Driving licence – Manual is a MUST

Familiarity with DUBAI roads and Bildings location

Familiarity with facility managment procedures and requirement.

Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Flexibility to work on-call or during weekends or evenings as required.

Salary: AED2,500.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
