About the Role?
Responsible for maintaining the balance between our customers and our MRSOOLs during delivery to ensure optimal service by encouraging a high acceptance rate and resolving any issues that may rise.
What Will you do?
• Responsible for day-to-day delivery operations.
• Assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures.
• Identify ways to improve customer experiences.
• Interact with couriers in answering questions and resolving issues.
• Troubleshoot and investigate fraud and troubled orders.
• Manage real-time fleet capacity.
• Ensure a smooth operation by coordinating communication with Customers, vendors, and other internal support teams.
